End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Certificate. By downloading, installing, or using our software, you agree to be bound by these terms. The software is licensed, not sold.

1. License Grant

Certificate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software for personal use only.

This license is:

  • Tied to your hardware and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred
  • Valid only for the duration of your active subscription
  • Subject to compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service
  • Revocable at our discretion for violations

2. License Restrictions

You expressly agree that you may NOT:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the software
  • Use the software for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Share license keys, loaders, or access credentials with third parties
  • Use the software on multiple devices simultaneously
  • Circumvent hardware locking or license validation mechanisms

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate license termination and may subject you to legal action.

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. Certificate retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including:

  • All intellectual property rights, copyrights, and trade secrets
  • All source code, object code, and documentation
  • All trademarks, service marks, and branding
  • All updates, modifications, and derivative works

This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Certificate. You acknowledge that any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by Certificate without compensation or attribution.

4. Updates, Patches, and Support

Certificate may provide updates, patches, or new versions at its sole discretion. These updates are subject to this EULA unless accompanied by a separate license agreement.

You acknowledge that:

  • Updates may be required for continued functionality
  • We may discontinue support for older versions at any time
  • Technical support is provided through Discord only
  • Support response times are not guaranteed
  • We may refuse support for modified or tampered software

5. Term and Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.

Upon termination, you must:

  • Immediately cease all use of the software
  • Destroy all copies in your possession or control
  • Uninstall the software from all devices
  • Delete all associated files and data

Termination does not entitle you to any refund. Sections regarding intellectual property, warranties, liability, and governing law survive termination.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

CERTIFICATE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

  • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
  • COMPATIBILITY WITH YOUR SYSTEM
  • SECURITY OR FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. You may have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CERTIFICATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • Account bans, suspensions, or penalties from third parties
  • Damage to your computer system or loss of data
  • Cost of substitute goods or services
  • Any damages arising from use or inability to use the software

IN NO EVENT SHALL CERTIFICATE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold Certificate harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the software or violation of this EULA.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Romania, or at Certificate's option, in the courts of Romania. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction.

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Certificate regarding the software and supersedes all prior agreements. Certificate reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
